January 5th Event: Negotiating Terms with Your First Major Investor

tie_arizona_photo6On Tuesday, January 5th, 2010 from 6:00-9:00pm at Tempe Center for the Arts, our panel of experienced deal attorneys, an active venture investor, and a seasoned entrepreneur participate in an engaging mock negotiation that gives both company and investor perspectives as they cover all the issues an entrepreneur will typically face bringing in the financing.

The event will feature a mock negotiation with Michael Hool (Hool Law Group), Dan Mahoney (Snell & Wilmer), William Ashbaugh (Capital Southwest), and Clate Mask (CEO, Infusionsoft).
